To keep the SCMH facility complex and all its satellite buildings and power systems, operating and functioning at maximum capacity, is an important part of the maintence team's occupation. The SCMH maintenance department believes you should use the tools available and everything at their disposal such as: component-life analysis, equipment-life-cycle review, and surveys of equipment age. All these tools are brought to bare to preform effective maintenance on "mission-critical" life-saving equipment at SCMH and to make sure technical support is available when needed, as well as maintaining life-support systems, power, lights, and water. Twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, the maintenance team is available. Good "patient-outcome" also involves the SCMH maintenance team.
